History

ATRON s.r.o. (limited liability company) was founded on November 12, 1996 by registration in the Business Register of the Regional Court in Hradec Králové. The main business activity is supplying of services connected with warehousing, custom clearance and transport of raw cotton. Later on these activities were extended to buying and selling of raw cotton, textile semi-products such as cotton yarn, unbleached and finished cloth. Furthermore the company started to mediate the production of these textile products.
Since its foundation ATRON also ensures on behalf of the American company, GTB HOLDING Corp. supplying of the licence for the use of the name SANFOR and its derivations for the finishing of cotton fabrics.
ATRON closely cooperates with the Faculty of Textile Engineering of the Technical University in Liberec, especially Department of non-woven textiles.
ATRON, s.r.o. is represented by two managers, each authorized to act on behalf of the company.
